Previously, the dog food boxes we sourced from China weren't moisture-proof, and in Singapore's high humidity, they often arrived soggy or damaged, which hurt our brand image. After working with SUNPEAK, they revised the box design twice—making it thinner yet much stronger. The current box is quite sturdy! Customers are thrilled with the quality and even feel it’s a shame to throw it away. Many asked if it could be reused. Following discussions with SUNPEAK, they suggested redesigning the structure so customers can easily fold the box into a cat house. It’s a clever way to repurpose the packaging, and it’s eco-friendly too!
